These are the terms of use for Pocket Invoice ("the app"), published by Vexai LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell the app, and you may not reverse-engineer it except where local law permits.

Your data

You are solely responsible for the content you create in the app — invoices, client records, business profile, logos, and anything else you enter or attach. The app stores this data locally on your device. We do not back up your data, sync it, or store it on any server. If you uninstall the app, lose your device, or wipe its storage without exporting your data first, that data may be unrecoverable.

Use of the app

You agree not to use the app to:

• Issue invoices for fraudulent transactions or to misrepresent goods or services rendered.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Violate any law that applies to you or to the recipient of an invoice.

Pricing and payments

Pricing for paid features, if any, is shown in-app. Subscription billing, where applicable, is handled by the App Store or Google Play under their terms. We do not process payments directly.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. Tax calculations, totals, and PDF output are provided as a convenience — you remain responsible for verifying the correctness of any invoice you send.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US$10.

Termination

We may modify or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will publish the new version at this URL with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
